Finalizing my brew

Have made an elderflower cider from magnum and brewed with 2litres of apple and elderflower juice from lidl (presevative free).
used 1 teaspoon of both cider yeast nutrient and pectolase.
My fist brew in over twenty years so back to basics.
readings before fermentation 1060 now @ just under 1000 and the odds bit of bubbling.
I did put extra sugar in aswell about 1/2kg more than advised.
As i say it is near to finishing do i have to add the elderflower taste before i drain into a fresh fv or now and just bottle it as finished with a little 1/2 teaspoon of sugar for fizz.
sorry if its a bit unexplained but thats me back to front.
