Hi guys, I have a weissbier in my demi john that had an og of 1050. I used mangrove jacks wheat yeast and rehydrated it according to their instruction. Its been in the demi john for two weeks today at a pretty consistent 20 degrees. After doiung everything right the gravity is reading 1020 for three days in a row now. Will this be OK to bottle or is there anything else I should do first ? Cheers guys
 
It says on the yeast packet that the attenuation is medium, I'll put a little less priming sugar in than normal and cross my fingers
 
Thanks mate, always good to get some reassurance from the more experienced brewers on here
