Hi all - after some help

I've had a good apple harvest from my garden with 30+kg so hoping to press out about 3 gallons of juice.

Planning to make 2 gallons of hard dry cider but the 3rd I wanted to make a Christmas cider - I'd rather not use the method of adding vimto for example.

I'm hoping to add in fresh uranges, cinnamon ans hint of cloves.

Any tips on how best to do this? Is it using orange peal or the whole fruit? What about cinnamon ground or sticks?

Whens best to add?

Any advice be great planning to brew end of month
