As a happy owner of a brew tech brew bucket I was looking to by a second. However I am intrigued by the fermzilla as it allows presure transfers and removal of grub plus oxygen free dry hopping. All potentially meaning a better beer.

Although it does look like it might be a bit of a faff and I do like my stainless. Has anyone got both? If so which do they prefer using?

I haven’t used either, but oxygen-free dry hopping can be easily overcome using a hop bag, something magnetic and non-reactive like a stir bar and a magnet. Have a look at my brew day post for more info.

A bit Too pricey, That one so that is why I am considering the fermzilla. Although I love the simplicity of the brewbucket. It’s a joy to clean and use.
