Hi fellow brewers

I think I have screwed up in buying a Fermzilla flat bottom with the thought of trying pressure fermenting?

It has the lid to take ball lock fittings etc. but has "do not use under pressure" in small text on it's side.

Anyone tried using one under pressure with spunding kit. etc ?

I've emailed The Malt Miller but no reply yet.

Cheers

You should not try fermenting under pressure in the flat bottom, it hasn't been pressure tested.
You need either a snub nose all rounder etc etc with a spunding valve set up, or one of the prv that vent at low pressure.
