I'm brewing a batch of woodfordes sundew, the instructions say to keep the fermentation temperature between 18-20 degrees. Up until now its has been fine but during today it crept up to 21, im assuming this shouldn't be a problem but I thought I had better check. Is there much tolerance in the temperatures?

It will be fine, the temperature of a brew can creep up a bit during the vigorous fermentaion stage.

If it gets up to 23-25°C etc you are risking off flavours but 21 is fine, if you can keep it at 18-20 then even better.

Good luck ith it, sure it will be great !
