4days ago I started a 7 day wine kit .Unfortunately it was on old kit and the yeast date was last month .Fermentation started very slow but started to perk up yesterday .today it has stopped completely ,Question is is it ok to add another sachet of yeast ? .or do i need to do something else to get the bin ready for a new packet of yeast ,Any help would be greatly appreciated
