I've been meaning to do this for a while, this is my Summer Lightening clone.
Please excuse the excessive head.

Have you got a flat cap and whippet?

No excuses needed welcome to the North

If you carry on brewing beer with a head like that you may get residency and perhaps in time, full citizenship and a passport.

PS I forgot to say great looking pint :thumb: :thumb:

Ahem..... summer lightning recipe??? hint hint. Cracking looking pint btw

the recipe I used was
5kg pale malt
250g wheat malt
38g Challenger 90min (37IBU)
15g EKG 15min
10g EKG 10min

Well it wasn't an exact copy, but that's probably down to the yeast, I used S04.

I'd have used S-05 on that type.
But rumour has it you can scavenge the yeast from their bottles to use. :hmm:
