2012-11-13 : Strained onto 500g sugar, pectolase, tea, nutrient. Yeast: GV2
2012-11-29 : Racked to lose massive pulp layer, added 300g sugar in the topping up water
2013-01-31 : Racked
2013-02-05 : Racked onto sulphite&sorbate, then into bottles
