Faulty Ball Lock Post

I bought a couple of Corny's a few weeks back from Norm, cleaned, re-pressurised and tested all fine. Put product in and added co2. No problems up until then.

At the weekend I setup my home bar, connected 1 Corny up and dispensed fantastically. However on the 2nd one the beer just spewed out upon connecting the JG. Tried an alternative spare JG and the same happened. Under the process of elimination, I suspect there is a fault with the post? I've got it full up with Beer and fear I'm going to lose the lot. Norm is away on holiday so I'm leaving it under pressure for a while until I can find a solution.

Any ideas?

if the beer is spewing out from under the disconnect, its probably an oring that needs replacing on the post.

check it for damage, and in some cases a smear of vasalene may help? but replacement orings are available in kits, but you can source them individually thanks to the research done on this forum.. http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum/i ... opic=67746 hope its ok to post links to other beer forums? sorry if not..
