im after someone experienced in all grain brewing (preferably already with some commercial experience)with a good educative background. youd be interested in doing a distance learning program with herriot watt an aquaintance of mechanical engeneering would be a plus point too
youll be subjected to various forms of verbal abuse from myself (all in good humour),long hours, and the pay is absolutely shocking
