False Bottom

im planning on drilling lots of 1mm holes in it.

telflon coated so I imagine just steel not stainless underneath so once drilled, will rust

thanks. maybe i should go for the plastic plate approach then as i cant really afford to go down the sainless steel route.

unless anyone knows where to get a stainless steel false bottom on the cheap or some thing else i could use?

Have you tried the pound shop? there's one near me does a huge range of stainless stuff including 300mm diameter plates.

If you search for "perforated pizza" on EBay you will find some dishes with holes in already, therefore hopefully no rust!!
