PM sent, ta
Anyone out there thinking of making up a barley wine, note that there is a recipe for Gold Label in there. Not sure if its the same stuff that you get in cans nowadays but this is the original Gold Label brewed in Sheffield and widely drunk in South Yorks and beyond, and which used to come in nips.

Hi All ,
The Gold Label as brewed @ Exchange Brewery was a blend of carefully matured brewings of the G.L , so an exact copy of the original may be a bit tricky , but , worth a go !
Cheers,
Edd

Hi!
I thought it was:
I'm from Derbyshire, born and bred,
Strong in the arm and weak in the head.
:thumb:

The best thing to come out of Debyshire, after Dutto, of course, is the A6.

In view of this burst of confidence to insult, I presume that you've watched your Steelers recording.

Don't worry, although I will be watching the Vikings v. Eagles game live, you can sleep easy knowing that a Derbyshire Tup would never spoil it for a Yorkshireman by letting him know the result.

What was that legend about Damocles again? :UKflag:
