As titled I've been searching the forums but can't find anything on it anyone provide some advice on a recipe?

For the AG, it seems to be around 3.1kg of pale malt, with 900g of flaked barley and 500g of roasted barley along with about 30g of target hops in at the start of the boil.

Because the two latter ingredients are not malted, you are going to need to do a partial mash with some pale malt (maris otter or similar) to extract the sugars, or use some diastatic malt extract and mash with that.

If you are going to that length with the partial mash, you might as well just get all the pale malt and do a full BIAB - it wouldn't be that much extra effort...

I'm sure someone else will chip in with a different extract-tuned recipe soon though...

Oh, and bear in mind that no matter what ingredients you use, you won't get that creamy guinness head unless you force carbonate in a cornelius keg with a nitrogen/CO2 mix - it's the nitrogen that gives it the tiny bubbles. You'll end up with something more like Guinness Original that comes in a bottle. Still tasty!
