extract brew help

Hi

I'm wanting some help making a extract brew. I've got one and cascade hops and pellets and Amarillo hops and I'm wanting to make 45 litres in my 70 litre boiler. All I need is a recipe as I can not yet use any beer programmes. Any help would be great thanks.

how strong and what weight of hops do you have? what AA% are they?
do you want to use any steeped malt or just extract?

You could scale this recipe - it uses Amarillo hops.
