Well got my brew on the go now.
23L
Light Spraymalt 2000g
Medium Spraymalt 1000g
Crystal Malt 260g
EK Goldings AA4.6% 50g 60min
Bramling Cross AA5.8% 30g 30min
1/2 tab Protofloc 15min
Bramling Cross 20g 80c 30 min steep
Yeast undecided yet, may try Windsor but have got some S-04.
Est OG 1.048 FG Est 1.012, Est Col 12.3SRM Est IBU 39.0
Anybody know if the Windsor would work well with this recipe??
 Nic

Yeah, I thought the Windsor might be nice as it gives an estery aroma, which I thought may be nice with the Bramling Cross.
Bit worried about it clearing though now, haven't got any Isinglass. Maybe I'll just stick with the S-04 for now, not got the confidence/knowledge to start messing around with the Windsor.
Ended up with 23L at 1.046, so pretty close to what I was expecting, nice colour and the clearest wort I've had so far. :D
Just waiting for it to cool now.
