Hi all

Took the plunge and ordered a B-Stock brew kettle from the above seller on Monday just gone and am getting little twitchy as I've heard nothing from them since then. I emailed them yesterday fishing for shipping info and so far no response.

I am an ebay veteran so am not panicking yet but am keeping a beady eye on it. Just wondered if anyone has had any dealings with them before?

Cheers

Looks like most of his stuff is coming from Germany... so there could be a language/distance issue? Good luck! Hope it turns up!

No, but PayPal is ruthless so you will not be out of pocket.
Cheers for that. Have used PayPal in the past to claw money back, would never purchase anything on ebay without it. Just gonna hold off on sending them in for the moment. I'll give them till next Friday which is the delivery date they've given

Cheers matey. Yeah I expected some kind of delay with location, bank holiday and language. Guess I've been spoiled by other sellers giving you dispatch details etc. Might give them till Friday and try emailing them again in their native tounge and see if thst has any joy

Lots of people on here have bought kit from hifi-tower. They have a website as well: https://www.hifi-tower.co.uk/. I think they're based in Germany so it may take a while to arrive.
Cheers for that, worth keeping an eye on. Figured they're in Germany from their legal but inside of eBay. I'm not freaking out yet just a bit concerned atno movement or reply to my email. I'm just impatient

I took a punt on a cheap stir plate yesterday, got a message from the Chinese seller with a tracking number and everything. Fingers crossed it turns up :beer1:

Im sure it will. I've ordered tons of stuff from China over the years from ecigs to guitar parts. You'll be fine athumb..

I like the prices, but their mash tun kettle with pump is still using old PCB with 6 programmes. The updated one with 9 programmes apparently fixed some problems with heating. As they all are just re-branded.

I couldn't afford a mash tun with bells and whistles sadly. Only reason I jumped on the one I got was it was B-Stock, seller refurbished with about 30 quid off. Couldn't really afford it but couldn't pass it up either for the price

Hi I bought my klarstein system from them, no problems all arrived safely, I assumed I would need a Europe to uk plug adapter and bought one in advance but it even came with one already attached.
