brewed this twice before, no issues and so didnt bother taking hydrometer reading at the start of this batch. more fool me.
however, its been 14 days in primary and i now have a reading of 1.012, that suggests it should be nearing completion.
I cant work out if its just my palette, but tasting the hydrometer test, the brew seems very sweet to me. anyone else found this?
