23L in fermenter, OG 1.050 and I want it to finish out around 1.012. The time is a bit tight on this one, I thought entry was mid March, not end of Feb. Fermenting at 11C for 3 or 4 days then running it at 15C to make sure it gets done in time to lager properly.
