I forgot to test the Gravity of an Edme Superbrew Bitter kit. I only remembered after Id pitched the yeast....
So, I took a sample and left it in the trial tube for the initial froth to subside a little to make the reading easier.
Problem is I forgot about it and left it over night .
Needless to say its started fermenting already, so I cant get a true reading. And, there is more bubbles obcuring my view of the hydromoter than before  .
So can someone give me an idea of what the OG should have been?
It was brewed slightly short to aprox 4 gallons using a full kilo pack of Geordie beer enhancer.....
Thanks in advance for any input.
