Evening all.
I'm a London Brewer so don't have too much space. I've been brewing kits for a while but would like to get into all grain and I would like suggestions of ways to do this on a small scale
I have decided i would like to brew 19 litre brews as i have the graham wheeler book that has all those recipes for this scale. Plus I can put brews straight into a corny
So as for a boiler, I'm fairly hand so wouldn't mind making one from a pot. I would like to boil on my gas hob if possible. If anyone has good suggestions for what to get for a 19 litre brew that would be lovely. I'm guessing I need a seperate HLT too (no way around that i suppose)
For sparging and fermenting I have a youngs fermenter which i can use. It also struck me that i could make a cooler and fermenter in one as it has enough space to possibly drill 2 holes in the top inbetween the handles and then have tubing passing through it immersion style
Hope this all makes sense. Would be great to be able to get a proper all grain system set up in my pokey flat. My kitchen is big enough but I don't have massive amounts of storage space :-)
Cheers
Edmund
