Epic Pale clone hop sub

I was listening to the brew network CYBI show last week and they were discussing the Australian Epic Pale Ale and how it uses an incredible amount of cascade. It really made me want to try it, only thing is I have no cascade but TONS of Saaz, bobek challenger and Perle. I was going to use bobek but maybe the Perle will give a better aroma from the insane dryhopping used in epic. Anyone tried the epic before?
