Anyone ever used them? I've done a bit of Google-fu, but there's not an awful lot I can find online. I got them about 10 months ago for a saison recipe that I never got round to executing. I wanted Nelson Sauvin, but couldn't find any at the time and I must've thought Enigma was a reasonable sub.

Anyway I'm getting around to the saison now so would appreciate the benefit of anyone's experience with this hop. Cheers

I've got a pack in my fridge I bought a year ago and I too, haven't figured out what to do with them. Apparently they can be a bit enigmatic. thanks for reminding me that they need using up. Going to make a Pilsner bittered with something very neutral like Magnum and put Enigma as late and flameout additions. That should get the measure of it.
I'll see if I can culture some yeast from a can of Fosters for a bit of authenticity.
(Only joking. I'd have more chance trying to culture something from a jar of Vegemite).

I plan to follow a very similar hopping schedule; Magnum to bitter and Enigma late additions / dry hop. Inspired by @strange-steve lemon saison I might even work some lemon peel in there. If you get there first I'd be keen to learn how you get on 👍
