I could see a English IPA but it would use quite a few of the hops. Jester being the key one as it can bring out some mild tropical which would go nice with the other two as background hops

Must admit I'm not the biggest fan of Jester - it seems to vary a lot from batch to batch, and I find it somewhat one-dimensional. Romney Marsh do/did a beer with it blended with Goldings which was a massive improvement.

The only reason Brewer's Gold is still grown is because Germans love its soft bitterness for lagers, particularly helles, so you could go that route if you want something different.

But both BG and Goldings can be used in just about any British or Belgian style - I'd find it hard to get away from the general pale ale direction though, as it's just my thing.

Golden Ale for the summer.

With jester.... That's almost cascade...
4kg mo 700g wheat malt. 65c 60m
45m Boil. 30g bittering+15. 40g @-15m with IM. 50g @ 85c for 30m.

If they are 100g packs, you need to steal some bittering from others🤣

Four works, midland is better. Firm & midland in this recipe is marv. Smooth as a new camchain.

Have fun.
