Electrim Boiler Thermostat

Hi I have been told that it's possible to build your own Elecrim/ bruheat Boiler BUT after searching around I can't find where to buy the adjustable thermostat control from that fits on the back of your kettle heating element can any one please help :drink:

elecrtim just use a simmerstat as used in most cooker hobs
just make sure you get one rated for the element your using ie 3KW or 2.5kw etc
