Elderberry wine

New to wine making, got the equipment and the elderberrys have you got a recipe for this and a plum wine. Interested in making a ginger beer or something easy to start with, any sugestions please, thank you, Ian.

Welcome to the forum, do a quick search and you will find a few threads which will contain various recipes. I'm planning on doing one myself tomorrow , will be posting as I go

Thank you all for the welcome, will look at your threads etc, will make Elderberry wine tomorrow, followed by Plum, who knows what else a Stout sounds good. Thanks again. Ian.
