I've been trawling the internet for days trying to find an interesting, quick, tasty recipe for elderberries and have drawn a blank (besides elderberry wine (takes at least 6 months) and elderberry liquer which i believe takes just as long)....
does anyone know of something i can try? i was thinking of trying to brew a cider type drink, but after a little research it seems that all fruity/berry ciders are just apple ciders with berry flavourings... can anyone see issues with me trying to make a cider or cider type drink with just elderberries? (water and sugar too obv.)
