So went.out for Christmas do last night , 17 of use eat and drank same food. Only me that's been up all night throwing up šŸ˜.

The only point of divergence is I had a peach beer as my last drink whilst everyone else had standard lager fare.

Pint took a while to arrive so clutching at straws but what if there was something nafariius in there !

You've named a presumed culprit in the title ... beer-line cleaner. Its active ingredient is often sodium hydroxide, but diluted for use would still be dangerous. But lines left ineffectively rinsed and then filled with beer would dilute it to the point of making nasty tasting beer!

So cross that off as a suspect.

If you drank undiluted strong sodium hydroxide solution (Lye) being sick would be discouraged. If you were sick ... lots of blood because your stomach is disintegrating. And if you make it through to morning, you're doing well!
