Evening all

just transferred my EDME IRISH STOUT to my makeshift bottling bucket. SG been at 1.008 for the last 3 days. couldnt resist a quick sample taste, now im not a stout drinker, but my god this is good. i recommend this kit to anyone.

i used 500 grames of black malt and 70 grammes of ground Costa rican coffee. and 1 kilo of DSM and 1/2 kilo of my favourite light brown soft sugar.

Its got a nice, but not over powering coffee taste throughout.

cant wait now till its ready to drink, i dont think its going to last that long.

Haha good stuff! I've been on ~5 pints of the Edme stout each evening for a while - overdid it a bit. serves me right for not having enough ale kegged/bottled :s It's really delicious though, congrats on being the proud owner of 40 pints of fresh Edme Irish Stout!

Just got round to bottling my stout, unfortunatly only managed to bottle 30 pints. :(

i just cant think where the other 10 went. :D

anyone out there who likes stout, try this kit !!!! you wont be disapointed.
