EDME Bitter missing something....

I had a taste of this out of the FV today. It is pretty much finished after about a week. It has quite a nice deep malty taste, I made it with beer enhancer.

Problem is that it doesnt seem to have any hop flavour or aroma whatsoever :? .

Is there anything that can be done at this stage to add a bit of hoppyness to this otherwise not bad brew?

I have some saaz hops, I presume they are unsuitible? I can easily pick some more up tomorow if necessary.

You can add some great aroma at this stage try DRY HOPPING :thumb:

Will dry hopping add any hop 'flavour' to the beer or just aroma?

It will add both, also if you add enough it can also add a little mouthfeel. you will however add no bitterness by trying this.
