Hey folks gonna use this yeast in a Pumkin spiced beer - Save all opinions on the style for another thread ;) Whats folks experience of this yeast and more importantly whats been the results at which temp? My recipe is below!

Golden Promise -80%
Biscuit Malt -10%
Imperial Malt - 5%
Brown sugar - 5%
Northern Brewer hops 20 IBU approx (some 60 min additions and some 10 and 5 min additions)
'Pumpkin' spices 10 min before the end of the boil

I'll add some brown sugar to up the ABV a little as I was initially going for a Dogfish Head Punkin' clone, some pumpkin spice about 10 min before the end of the boil IBU's are about 20 and I'll use Northern Brewer as I think the flavour's might go well with the spices.

OK so I'm planning on using WLP028 Edinburgh Ale yeast for a good malty finish but there is some conflicting views on a fermentation temp. I'm aiming for 20c rather than the 16-18c some people have talked about in other forums.
