easy wine for a beginner

Got a couple of DJ's today and was wondering if anyones got a easy wine for a complete novice to make.

to be honest all the kits are very simple, just follow the instructions with the kit 9 i prersume your using a kit) , just make sure you actually like wine before you make it (i made that mistake lol)
