easy lager recipe wanted

Due to the temps required, as yet I haven't attempted to make a lager, however with the onset of colder weather I'm looking to have a go.
I fancy a blondie type lager or pilsner type, and can manage air temps around 15C plus fermenting on a concrete floor. I am unable to do a crash cool down to 2 or 3C. What's my chances and does anyone have a simple recipe ?

You could try a water bath with lemonade/cola bottles of frozen water in them to chill the bath down to maybe 5*C or lower if youre lucky.
