I am attempting my first partial mash recipe. I have a 15 litre stock pot and am aiming to make 12litres with this recipe.

1.5kg Wheat liquid malt
500g Wheat malt
500g Munich malt
110g Carafa 1 malt
110g Special B malt
60g Carapils
60g Carared
10g of Hallertau hops added at start of 60 minute boil.

I will use Mangrove Jack's Bavarian wheat yeast M20.

How does this recipe look, I appreciate all thoughts and help.
