dry white wine recipe needed

Hi ,im new to brewing,got some cider on the go and a fruit wine,But i need a recipe or 2 for dry white wine as its all my wife will drink,please help thankyou

will get back to you,also im going on hols soon for 2 weeks ,if the fermenting stops while im away will this ruin the wine ?

If you want a crisp, dry white, follow that WOW method but use white grape juice + apple juice.

And if your wine is left for a week or two after you think it has completely finished fermenting, so much the better :thumb:

I've got the white grape and apple juice WOW sitting in the final DJ waiting to bottle. A sample that I took when transferring from the 1st to the 2nd DJ, that was incredible, a really nice crisp dry white coming out aroung 0.990 gravity, so a hearty recommendation from me for that one.
