I am a bit worried about oxidation as my last batch tasted, I think, a bit oxidised. Not sure though as its a first. I am wondering if adding the dry hops in a bag could be the cause of this? With 75g of hops in the bag, there must be quite a lot of trapped air that has been brought into the beer.

Anyone else noticed this or has a method to get around it? I dont fancy bunging them in whole as they are a pita to stop before bottling or kegging.

Although maybe I could use my hop strainer in the secondary before transferring? :hmm:

hmmm, half an ounce. So you'd need six for your 75g
I've just popped 2 in a corny I've put on to carbonate.
