Hi
First of all, I'm not sure if 'lagering' is actually the correct term, please correct me if not. (nopt that you would need any invitaion :) )
I am currentyl lagering my lager for the first time. It is a Coopers Pilsner kit, brewed with lager yeast. The lager is beign stored at approx zero - minus 1 degrees.
I would like to dry hop this pilsner, but is it possible to dry hop at such a low temperature, or does the brew needto be brought back to room temperature after lagering to dry hop?
Cheers
