Hi all,
I started a Muntons Gold IPA kit off on Sunday... it fermented like the clappers over the first 2-3 days. I'm planning on siphoning it all off into a secondary fermenting bin on Sunday/Monday to add some Fuggles hops for a few days. How many days would you guys recommend dry-hopping in the secondary for before planning on bottling?
Also... what quantity of hops would you use to dry-hop a batch of 23L?

Any advice would be appreciated.

15-20g for about a week. . . . The batch I brewed at the weekend will have over a Kilo of Goldings as a dry hop

Yeah but don't you make like a gazillion gallons each time you brew? :P
