I`ll be dry hopping a gamma ray brew soon and will boil the hop bag and marbles but what about the hop pellets?Surely they can`t be 100% clean?

Thanks mate.I need to read the book again,it`s been a while.

I've read through the online version - a few chapters each day on my commute wasn't too painful. I then have v4 on my shelf at home - not sure I could face trying to read that cover to cover!

I have the paper back but never knew there was an online version.Great to know, thanks.

The online version is version 1, so nowhere near as comprehensive as your paperback is likely to be (unless you bought it in the 70s). Online is a good overview and refresher, whereas the book is more of an encyclopaedia.

Isn't that why dry hopping became a thing for when the beer was transported on the ships over to india etc? If not that was a cracking dream I had about it :)

I'd urge a bit of caution here if you're using glass toy marbles. Some idiot I know (totally NOT me*) poured boiling water over some glass marbles to sanitise and was met with a chorus of splintering glass marble death!

*I may have been somewhat involved**

**Approximately 100% involved...
