Hi
In my latest kit - Brupaks West Riding Wheat - there was some hop pellets which can be used either for dry hopping, or for boiling up with some of the wort before fermentation. I think Brupaks include them in all their packs.
I did not boil them, so I have them to sue for dry hopping. However, I was wondering if dry hopping a wheat beer was ideal? I'm no expert, and not a particularly experienced wheat beer drinker, but i don't remember wheat beers being particularly hoppy.
Is it appropriate to dry hop a wheat beer? Any opinions from more experienced drinkers?
Cheers
