AHHHH!!! Just went to put a bottle of wine in my store cupboard and found one of my demijohns holding may North German Pilsner had a dry air lock! I don't know when I got dry, but it is. I just filled it up quickly so now it is safe again, but should I be worried? Will this have screwed up my brew or and I just over worried?

Calm down, I try to check my long-term wines at least once a month but occasionally find a dry trap, never had an unintentionally oxidised wine yet, nor a gallon of vinegar.

It'll be fine :thumb:
