Dried mix fruit wine

Hiya all my fellow sober peeps,

I am looking and hoping that someone has a good recipee for mixed fruit wine? So far i have C.J.J.Berry's Recipee book which is old but priceless yet explanation in it is lacking a bit for poor old me.

Any links or ideas would be fab thanks in advance

Going with CJJ Berry's recipe I would use 2 x 500g bags of mixed dried fruit 68p in asda, 1lb of wheat or barley whatever you have and 700g of sugar. Pectolase and Amylase needed. Citric acid as well. Give it a whirl.

Well it's brewing now, as well as the adjustments you advised I also added juice of a orange and lemon, bloody hell it smells ace already, smells like mince pies :)
