Hi folks,
I was thinking of doing a more experimental beer this weekend, with an infusion of dried flowers (probably jasmin and elderflower). Has anyone ever done this who can testify for the results?
i do a beer with elderflower about 31-35g per 5 gallon 5 mins from the end seems to give a good result, heard of a few us craft breweries that use jasmine flowers to good effect(dogfish head for example)
