dried elderflower wine recipe please

Can somebody please post a recipe for an elderflower wine (1gallon) made from dried elderflowers. If somebody has made one of these and it's come out good even better

You could try this elderflower champers recipe. It was mentioned on this forum in 2010.

I out one in yesterday. I made up the recipe as i went along, not really what you wanted but here it is.

50g of dried Elderflowers.
1 litre of Apple Juice.
1 litre of White Grape and Peach Juice Drink.
500g bag of Sultanas.
1 kilo of Sugar.
Juice of one Lemon.
Yeast Nutrient.
Gervin Universal Wine Yeast.

I might add some more Elderflower when i rack it, not sure yet.

I am fermenting this now.

1l white grape juice
25 gram of dried flower
1l water to soak dried flowers in
1100 gram sugar
2 tsp citric acid
2 tsp yeast nutrient
1 tsp allround wine yeast

Make a tea out of the dried flowers and I let it stand for 24 hours. Poured the elderflowertea trough a cheese cloth and mixed it all in a DJ.

this gave me an og of 1.110 (15%) so will not use that much sugar next time :P
