Hi I was looking at a customise your coopers recipe for a fosters clone (for the wife) , and it called for dried corn syrup. what is it? ( please dont say corn syrup thats been dried :-) ) where can I get it? and is there a substitute? .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most likley thing is that corn syrup dried would be Corn sugar, which is basically Dextrose, Just the Oz and Usa ways of calling things
I'd substitute Dried corn syrup for Dextrose in equal amounts.

Very helpful.

You should also probably use a lager yeast, and ferment at a cool temp of about 12C if possible.

I know it wasn't helpful but the post had already been answered.
And it was just a bit of fun!!!
