Hello everyone.... My beer was carbonated fine...ive bought a new fridge for my barrel and have cooled it for a few days... When I pulled a pint, I got the dreaded glug, tried to top up with some gas and the co2 was hissing straight out the safety valve... So it's telling me there's enough co2 in there.... Any ideas anyone... Much appreciated

Chilling it has caused the c02 to absorb into the beer. What temp you got it set at?

If it was truly the dreaded glug. then there's no excess pressure in the keg. Something wrong with safety valve perhaps. Maybe it's venting at atmospheric pressure.
Plastic or corny keg?
