Hi guys,
So, I'm planning on setting up a craft beer pub in Lisbon, Portugal. I've recently come across a promising location. The catch: the place is rather small, so I'm trying to find all ways I can to save space in order to be able to house more clients.
What the place does have its a basement. So I'm thinking about turning the basement into a cold room, to hold all my beers - and to get beer lines through the floor to the main hall. This way, all I'd have in the main hall are the faucets.
I'm just wondering what special care I'd have to have if I go on with this idea. Could I have a problem with pressure in the line? The basement and the main hall are located right above each other, so the beer lines would extend just for a few meters.
Thanks for any input!
Pedro
