I've just been reading through the threads on Cooper Headbanging stout and Coffin Dodger and was thinking about trying a lager version while we still had some cold weather the general idea being
Not sure what yeast I'd use yet kit, nottingham or saflager 23
Any reason this shouldn't work do you think?

- 500g light spraymalt[/*:m:pe43rr7f]
- 1kg brewing sugar[/*:m:pe43rr7f]
