Well, third brew on the go now, I have gone for a brewferm Grand Cru as i heard it is quite like Leffe Blonde. I haven't got a small FV so decide to double up and do 18L with two kits, it's supposed to be around 8% when ready! so hope it's good because i'm going to put it in small bottles and leave it til Christmas.

The tin states OG 1075, i measured mine at 1070 at 23degrees is this correct? does temperature make a difference to the reading?

The airlock is going like mad at the moment!

I've had this in the FV for a while now, not had chance to bottle it, my OG came out at 1.075 so a nice strong beer.

It's advised to leave for a year, that's when it hits its best apparently, that's probably why I haven't been in any rush to bottle it yet!
