I had a bit of an internet splurge the other night with the old pay pal account! Oops! hope SHE doesn't notice that the hop freezer has spilled over into the food one!

1.5Kg of assorted hops and a few whitelabs tubes! I've already hidden the liquor salts, spray malt and spec grains away in T garage!

I must say as a secret brewer you are sailing a little bit close to the wind with that lot aren't you or are you going to disguise the hops in pasta with that pasta machine :lol: :lol:

Luckily I have the total support of the Mrs...........most of the time! She can't quite get her head around why I don't use ALL the hops in the freezer before buying new ones! I told her last time "It doesn't work like that love! It's a creative process....I brew what I want to brew, not what my ingredients dictate.....bla bla bla!" She wasn't buying any of it! lol

Any way, I've got away with it this time. the cold conditioning fridge in the garage isn't going though the temp controller at the mo so the upper freezer unit is on all the time. When it comes to it I think I'll bust out the old "New? no I've had these for ages darling!" line! :thumb: :rofl: :rofl:
